I recently stayed at a charming guest room in Hayes for a few days. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to assist me. They even offered to carry my bags to my room and gave me a tour of the room and en suite bathroom. Later, they upgraded me to a better room in the owner's property next door, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I was impressed with the warm hospitality and attention to detail.
